3 This is all, no one escapes!
Three things that everyone must encounter, slow or fast, cannot escape.
Some things in life... We can choose.
But some things, even if we're good, no one really escapes.
1. Change 🍂
Because nothing exists the same.
- Someone who was close one day.
- A job that used to be stable. One day it might shake.
Even ourselves... are not the same.
Back then, we might have been more tolerant.
Or maybe even weaker.
Change doesn't come to ask us first.
"But it always teaches us to grow up.
Teach you to understand the world more.
And sometimes... teach to let go. "
2. Displacement 💔
Whether from being or from forever.
Nobody wants to find the word "goodbye."
Some leave the ass sore gradually.
Some leave the donkey as if the whole heart was snatched away.
We might have thought, "There's still time."
But life never guarantees anything.
Some people were only with us for a while.
To teach you something.
To leave some kind of memory.
And then quietly walked out of our lives.
The question is...
When he was alive, did we take good enough care of that relationship? 🤍
3. Death. ⏳
Sounds heavy
But death is the simplest truth.
Whether rich or poor
Whether good or ordinary.
Finally, we have to go, too.
But death doesn't threaten us.
It just comes to warn that... time is limited.
If one day you have to leave this world,
How do we want anyone to think of us?
Have we lived our lives the way we are proud of?
Or are we so scared that we can't try to live our lives? 🌿
These three things sound sad.
But it actually makes life meaningful.
- Because knowing everything has to change,
We must therefore learn to adapt.
- Because knowing one day to leave,
So we should hold our loved ones tighter.
- Because knowing one day to die,
We should "live" it today.
The question is, what about today...??
We are living a life of waiting for time to pass.
Or live like knowing that every day is a gift? 🎁
If tomorrow doesn't have a chance to make excuses,
Will we still live the same life tonight? 💭
ในชีวิตจริง ผมเองมักพบว่าเมื่อเรายอมรับ "3 อย่างนี้" ได้อย่างลึกซึ้ง จะช่วยให้จิตใจเข้มแข็งและพร้อมเผชิญปัญหาและบททดสอบต่าง ๆ ได้ดีขึ้น อย่างเรื่องความเปลี่ยนแปลง ผมเคยเจอช่วงเปลี่ยนงานซึ่งสร้างความเครียดและหวาดกลัว แต่เมื่อเปิดใจรับมัน ผมพบว่าตัวเองเติบโต ได้เรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ๆ และมีโอกาสสร้างความสัมพันธ์ใหม่ ๆ ที่ดีขึ้นกว่าเดิม ความเปลี่ยนแปลงจึงเหมือนครูฝึกสอนเรายามชีวิตไม่อยู่ในโหมดสบาย สำหรับความพลัดพราก ทุกครั้งที่ต้องจากลาคนสำคัญ ทั้งในรูปแบบของการยุติความสัมพันธ์ หรือการสูญเสีย ผมได้เรียนรู้ว่าไม่มีใครอยู่กับเราได้ตลอดไป สิ่งสำคัญคือรูปแบบการดูแลและประคับประคองความสัมพันธ์ในช่วงเวลาที่เรายังมีโอกาส จึงช่วยให้ความทรงจำที่เหลือมีคุณค่าและไม่เจ็บปวดเกินไป สุดท้ายเรื่องความตาย แม้จะฟังดูหนักหน่วง แต่ผมมองว่ามันเตือนสติให้เห็นคุณค่าของ "เวลาที่มี" การตั้งคำถามกับตัวเองว่าอยากใช้ชีวิตอย่างไร จะช่วยให้เราไม่กลัวความตาย แต่กลับมุ่งเน้นที่การใช้ทุกวันให้มีความหมายที่สุด 3 สิ่งนี้จึงไม่ใช่เรื่องน่ากลัว หรือสิ่งต้องหนี แต่เป็นคำสอนที่ลึกซึ้งให้เรารู้จักการเติบโต การปล่อยวาง และการเลือกใช้ชีวิตอย่างมีคุณค่า แม้ในวันที่รู้สึกท้อแท้หรือหมดหวัง ก็ควรมองสิ่งเหล่านี้เป็นแรงขับเคลื่อนให้ก้าวเดินต่อไปอย่างเข้มแข็งและอ่อนโยนในคราวเดียวกัน บทความนี้จึงเหมาะสำหรับทุกคนที่กำลังต้องการแรงบันดาลใจ เพื่อเข้าใจธรรมชาติชีวิตและเพิ่มพูนความรู้สึกสงบในใจ ขอให้ฉบับนี้เป็นการเตือนใจที่ดี สำหรับทุกวันที่ยังมีเวลาให้เราได้เลือก "ใช้ชีวิต" อย่างแท้จริง
