Sunday Reminder: On Sunday we rest!
the last few weeks has been so painful but as a survivor I will bounce back!! sending some sis lets heal energy to all the healing ladies 🪷❣️Sunday reminder:
God is still working on the parts of you that feel tired.
He sees the flare days.
He sees the emotional weight.
He sees the silent battles.
You are not forgotten in your healing.
Rest today, Sis. Restoration is holy. 🤍

Healing through heartbreak and chronic illness is a journey filled with ups and downs, and Sundays can be a powerful anchor day for renewal. From personal experience, I’ve found that setting aside time for intentional rest, especially on Sundays, helps me manage flare days and overwhelming emotional weight. It’s not just about physical rest but giving yourself permission to pause mentally and spiritually. Restoration is indeed holy because it acknowledges our limits and honors the process of healing. Being a survivor means recognizing that healing isn’t linear; some days are tougher than others, and that’s okay. What matters is the daily commitment to self-care, prayer, or meditation—whatever supports your spirit. I’ve learned that the quiet moments during Sunday rest offer space to process silent battles that others might not see. It’s a chance to reflect on progress, even if small, and build strength to face the coming week. Faith encourages me to trust that healing is ongoing, even when I feel tired or forgotten. God’s work in our lives is continuous, and embracing rest as part of that divine process brings peace. To all the healing ladies and those living with chronic illness, remember: your pain is seen, your struggle is known, and your rest is sacred.

Amen Amen 🥰🥰
