You’re gonna wanna save this for later… (details below 👇)

If you’re trying to manifest something that’s never felt easy for you, you probably have years and years worth of negative thoughts, feelings, stories, and habits behind that thing you so deeply desire. So, frankly, it might take some deep work to discover what those narratives are, what that story you keep telling yourself is, and what toxic habits you can’t seem to shake that are poisoning your results.

“But Olivia, I’ve been doing the work for SO LONG and I am still getting the same results!”

That’s so fair and I really feel you. I was in your shoes for YEARS and it took the absolute worst season of my life to realize what needed to change AND how I needed to ACT DIFFERENT when my reality kept trying to give me the same results. That’s what I mean in this video. The way you respond to circumstances is critical to manifesting a higher reality. You must consistently live on that higher vibration, that higher view of self, to watch the results change.

No this doesn’t mean toxic positivity - you can cry, and complain, and grieve. But at the end of the day, come back to knowing who you are and what you deserve, and if you DON’T GIVE UP, it will come!

... Read moreManifestation isn’t just about thinking positive thoughts or visualizing outcomes; it’s deeply connected to our subconscious patterns and how we emotionally respond to life’s challenges. From my own experience, I found that even after years of trying to manifest love, career success, or personal growth, I kept hitting the same frustrating roadblocks because I was unknowingly operating from old, limiting stories ingrained since childhood. For example, many of us carry narratives around unworthiness or the belief that we have to earn love or success. These stories shape our actions and reactions, often causing us to unconsciously recreate the same unwanted cycles. Recognizing these narratives requires honest self-reflection—acknowledging painful feelings rather than suppressing them, understanding the origins of these beliefs, and gently questioning their validity. One powerful shift that helped me was learning to respond differently when faced with setbacks instead of reacting from a place of fear or self-doubt. This means allowing yourself to feel disappointment or grief but not letting those emotions dictate your future choices. Instead, reaffirm who you are and what you deserve, and consistently act from that higher vibration of self-worth and possibility. Additionally, manifestation involves tangible actions aligned with your desires. It’s about more than just thoughts; feelings create actions, and actions create results. When you combine clarity in your goals with emotional alignment and consistent effort, you allow new realities to emerge. Remember, this is a journey. Progress might feel slow at times, especially when dismantling deeply ingrained beliefs. But persistence and compassion for yourself are key. Celebrate small wins and be patient. Manifesting a better relationship, job, or life is possible when you courageously break free from old cycles and choose to act differently. If you’ve ever felt stuck manifesting the same patterns, know that you’re not alone—and change is within your reach when you commit to this transformative process.
