Hey everyone! I used to think work had to be all serious, but I've learned that injecting a little fun can completely change the atmosphere and even boost productivity. Seriously, my team and I have been trying out some simple tricks, and it's made such a difference. We even had a 'guess the baby photo' game with everyone submitting a childhood picture – it was hilarious and a great way to learn more about each other.
