Starting a fitness journey that focuses on building strength rather than just losing weight has been transformative for me. On day 12, although progress might seem slow, I’ve learned that consistency truly is key. Instead of starving myself, I choose to nourish my body with wholesome foods that fuel my workouts and daily activities. This approach helps protect my muscle mass and supports sustainable fat loss. One of the most eye-opening lessons has been understanding that health is multi-dimensional. It’s not just about the numbers on the scale but about how strong and energized I feel each day. Incorporating short challenges like a 15-minute workout keeps me motivated and makes consistency achievable, even on busy days.
