It helps to break your goals into small, manageable chunks — like committing even just 15 minutes daily to your challenge. This was key in my progress: even on days packed with distractions or low energy, dedicating a short time made the task approachable and maintained momentum. The phrase "discipline over motivation" really resonated with me. When motivation waned, discipline took the lead. This shift made me realize that growth isn't about perfection but progress through persistence. It's important to remind yourself that growth happens by pushing through discomfort and resistance rather than waiting for ideal conditions. Moreover, I found that tracking daily progress visually — whether through journals or apps — boosts accountability. Seeing how far you’ve come by day 24 can reignite your drive to finish strong. This experience confirmed that embracing consistency, even on hard days, builds resilience and transforms your habits in lasting ways.
