The Shower Routine That Fixes My Whole Day

Lately I have been so stressed out and I’ve had low energy and motivation .

Between all that’s going on in the world and then my own world… life has been lifing !

Scent can trigger mood almost instantly. Lavender , Chamomile , and vanilla promote relaxation , comfort, reduce anxiety , enhanced joy, and improve sleep quality .

All the things I need by the end of a long day .

I also prioritize hygiene and cleanliness and I swear by Honey Pot. I always do this last in my routine because my 🤭🤭 is the only part of my body I clean with my hands.

After two types of soaps I know my hands are ready to clean my most important body part .
