Anthrax~ For All Kings
I originally bought this album on CD. After a few listens I deemed it vinyl worthy 🤘🏼
It's a cool and more recent album from one of thrash metal's big four.
It's nice to listen to it again after a year, maybe two?
Listening to 'For All Kings' truly deepened my appreciation for Anthrax's evolution as a band. Although initially purchasing it on CD, the sound quality and immersive experience on vinyl are unmatched, which made me revisit the decision and upgrade my collection. The album blends aggressive riffs with thoughtful lyrics, showcasing the band's ability to stay relevant in thrash metal decades after their debut. What stands out is how the album balances intensity with melody, making it accessible not just for die-hard metal fans but also for newcomers curious about the genre. Songs like the title track and "Lone Wolf" exhibit complex guitar work and energetic percussion that sound even richer on vinyl. Re-experiencing the album after a year or two feels like reconnecting with old friends. The durability of the themes and musicianship gives it a timeless quality, underscoring why Anthrax remains a pillar within the Big Four of thrash metal. For collectors and audiophiles alike, 'For All Kings' on vinyl is a must-have, bringing out nuances lost in digital formats. If you're exploring thrash metal or looking to expand your vinyl collection, this album provides both historical significance and modern production excellence, making every listen a rewarding experience.
