Japanese Restaurant Style - Ginger Salad🫚🥗

This Ginger dressing it’s so easy to make, full of flavor and will transport you straight to your favorite Japanese restaurant!🫚🥕

Ingredients:

For the dressing:

• 1 1/2 cups of chopped carrots, about 2 large carrots

• 2 Celery stalks, chopped

• 1/4 yellow onion, chopped

• About 2-3 tbsp of minced ginger

• 1/4 cup of avocado oil

• 1/4 cup of low sodium soy sauce

• 3 tbsp of rice vinegar

• 2 tbsp of coconut sugar

• Black pepper to taste

For the salad:

• 1 head of iceberg lettuce, shredded

• 1 carrot, julienned

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded lettuce and carrot, toss and set aside.

2. In a blender, add the celery, carrots, onion, ginger, avocado oil, coconut sugar, soy sauce and rice vinegar. Blend until smooth.

3. Adjust salt and pepper if needed, I only used pepper.

4. Pour the dressing over the salad, toss gently until evenly coated and enjoy!!
