✦ The Space Between Realms ✦
This year has been a dismantling of everything I thought I knew about myself. The veil between who I was and who I’m becoming feels paper thin — like the space between realms has faded.
I’ve been pulled through light and shadow, clarity and chaos, shedding illusions I didn’t even know I carried. The energy has been raw… sometimes so heavy I could hardly breathe through it. But I’m learning not to run from it anymore.
I’m learning to sit in the unraveling — to let it burn through me instead of fighting to hold myself together. There’s a strange kind of peace that comes from accepting that growth isn’t always graceful. Sometimes it’s messy, lonely, and wild.
Yet even in the storm, I can feel something sacred rising. The old patterns are dying. My spirit is remembering its strength. And I’m realizing that the darkness was never here to destroy me — only to show me how much light I truly hold.
Living slowly is a powerful practice when undergoing deep personal transformation. It allows us to become more mindful of our emotions and the subtle shifts within ourselves as old patterns begin to fade. This process is rarely linear or simple; instead, it often involves oscillating between clarity and uncertainty, strength and vulnerability. Embracing the 'space between realms' symbolizes the transitional state many experience during significant life changes. It’s that delicate threshold where who we were is dissolving, and who we are becoming is still forming. This liminal state can feel disorienting, yet it holds immense potential for growth and self-realization. During these times, it’s important to practice self-compassion and patience. Growth isn’t always graceful; it can be messy, wild, and lonely. Yet within the unraveling, there is a sacred process of healing and awakening. Trusting this journey helps build resilience and spiritual strength. The heaviness and raw energy felt in these moments serve a purpose—they invite us to shed illusions and confront our fears. By doing so, we uncover hidden light within ourselves that was always present but perhaps overshadowed. Incorporating mindful breathing and grounding exercises can aid in managing the intensity of such transformations. Remember, darkness encountered in this process is not destructive but illuminating, guiding us towards a deeper understanding of our true light and authentic self. Ultimately, honoring the natural flow of transformation fosters a peaceful acceptance of the unknown, leading to a renewed sense of spiritual empowerment and clarity.
