i used to work at a juice bar and we would sell a drink like this. I used to make this drink for myself every shift for 2 months. within a few hours my stomach would hurt. but high key this made me less bloated and keep me skinny. i really struggle with weight due to pre thyroid issues. i prob lost 15lbs from this drink.
