I have been an Esthetician for 36 years
I have treated 100’s of clients and they have become pick free. I give them facials and put them on the best product. I send them to dermatologists if need be. A few years ago, I went to school to become a certified HEALTH and Life coach. I turned my certification into Skin coaching, and I realized that a lot of the acne I was treating was really caused from anxiety. So after putting them through talk therapy, helping them with proper products and just really listening it cleared their skin up quicker and better then I have ever seen before. I don’t charge a lot for my services, but I am right books on acne and skincare. I create work books and planners and I do coaching and if anybody’s interested you can find me on Instagram. my link is in my bio and you can find me @luv_the_skyn_ur_in. From personal experience, addressing acne effectively requires more than just topical treatments. When I struggled with persistent breakouts, I found that a comprehensive approach combining professional skin care and emotional support made all the difference. One powerful reason acne flares up is stress and anxiety, which can trigger hormone imbalances that worsen skin conditions. This approach of integrating talk therapy with skincare products helped me, much like it has helped many others. By openly discussing internal struggles alongside choosing non-comedogenic products, acne can clear more quickly than with products alone. I also learned that consistency in facial routines, combined with professional guidance from estheticians or skin coaches, creates a supportive environment to stay motivated. Additionally, setting healthy boundaries in personal relationships can surprisingly improve skin health. Emotional stress from toxic relationships often reflects physically through skin issues. Sometimes, making difficult personal decisions was a turning point for clearer skin. For anyone feeling lost or overwhelmed, finding someone who truly listens and offers tailored advice—whether an esthetician, dermatologist, or certified skin coach—can transform your journey. The feeling of being understood and supported encourages proper skin care adherence and lifestyle changes that ultimately achieve the coveted 'pick-free' look. Above all, remember that acne is multifaceted; it’s okay to ask for help beyond products. Emotional well-being plays a crucial role in skin health. Combining mental health care with skincare routines offers a holistic way to restore confidence and embrace your natural beauty.
