From personal experience, I’ve learned a few effective strategies that go beyond just positive thinking. First, practicing gratitude daily can shift your mindset from negative to hopeful. Simple habits like writing down things you’re thankful for have helped me feel more grounded. Second, reducing overthinking is crucial. I try to catch myself when I’m spiraling and redirect my focus to practical actions or mindfulness exercises. It’s not easy, but over time, it significantly lessens anxious feelings. Third, maintaining both mental and physical health continuously creates balance. The OCR text highlights "Sehat terus" (stay healthy) and "Sehat mental" (mental health), which reminds me that a healthy body supports a healthy mind. Regular exercise, proper sleep, and even spiritual practices like meditation or prayer have been part of my routine. Fourth, don’t underestimate the power of setting boundaries. Removing toxic influences, whether people or habits, creates space for positivity and growth. It took me time to recognize this, but distancing from negativity has been life-changing. Lastly, embracing and valuing yourself is the foundation of healing. Phrases from the OCR such as "Bahagiakan diri sendiri" (make yourself happy) and "Hargai diri sendiri" (value yourself) serve as constant reminders. Self-love isn’t selfish; it’s necessary for mental clarity and peace. Combining these steps can effectively reduce anxiety and toxic thinking, helping you move forward with confidence and joy.
