Small town, big bakery energy 🍰✨
In Easton Pennsylvania, there is this new bakery that opened up last October. Easton itself has so many things to do; they have many different festivals throughout the year, the Crayola Experience, many dessert shops, so many different options to grab a bite with someone! But I will admit, this place absolutely stole my heart. It’s called Agamon Bakery & Cafe and they have the most delicious little desserts to choose from. From the second you walk in this place is so aesthetically pleasing. I believe they also make food and drinks! My favorite dessert is the crème brûlée from there… I have picked up 3 at once AND called beforehand to make sure they have them 🤭 I also tried the Dubai cheesecake and I honestly wasn’t the biggest fan, I tried the Dubai chocolate trend and I wasn’t a fan either so I know that’s why. Besides that, everything I have tried there I loved so much. If you have a sweet tooth like me, make sure to try this place out!

Experience: 10/10
Walking into Agamon Bakery & Cafe, you're immediately greeted by an incredibly chic and inviting atmosphere. I was struck by the beautiful green wall adorned with artificial plants and moss, featuring that elegant gold metallic sign that proudly declares "AGMON BAKERY & CAFE Easton, PA." It's such a picturesque spot, perfect for snapping some photos before you even order! The display cases are always brimming with artistic desserts, making it hard to choose. I loved the touches like the large hanging plant installation – it adds such a fresh, natural vibe, even with the cozy brick walls in the background. It truly feels like a little escape. Let's talk about the desserts, because that's what truly stole my heart. The Crème Brûlée here is simply divine. It comes perfectly torched, with a delicate crackle on top, and I've seen it garnished beautifully with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and a sprinkle of cinnamon, just like in the pictures. It's so good, I’ve literally called ahead to ensure they had enough for me to take home a few! While I wasn't personally a huge fan of the Dubai Cheesecake – I found the flavor profile, with its rich chocolate top layer and crushed nuts, to be quite intense, similar to the viral Dubai chocolate bar I tried – it's definitely a unique offering for those who love that trend. Don't let my personal preference deter you, as it's clearly a popular item! Beyond these, they have an array of other delicious little treats, from various pastries to cookies, always fresh and beautifully presented. Beyond the sweets, I hear they also offer a selection of food and drinks, making it a great spot for a light lunch or a coffee break. The address is super convenient: 100 Northampton St, Easton, PA 18042. Expect to spend around $10-$20 per person, which I think is very reasonable for the quality and experience you get. If you're visiting Easton for the Crayola Experience or exploring the town's vibrant festivals, Agamon Bakery & Cafe is an absolute must-add to your itinerary. It's not just a bakery; it's an experience. I’ve already recommended it to all my friends who have a sweet tooth, and they’ve all loved it! It’s the kind of place that makes a small town feel like it has big city bakery energy. You might even discover your new favorite dessert here, just like I did with their incredible Crème Brûlée.

This place is sooo cute!
