Need Advice on Homing Dog❗️❗️
Hi! This is Nala.
I just saved her from a home that was neglecting her. She was chained up outside either little moving area 24/7, she was not fed everyday nor given water, she never was bathed, never trained, never got the love she deserved.
I am now looking for a home for her. I live in Apex, NC and if you know anyone who might be interested or maybe suggestions of where to bring her, that would be amazing.
I unfortunately cannot take her in as I already have a dog even though I wish I could.
She is a pitbull terrier mix (I am pretty sure, she is one and the happiest girl. She is good with people and other dogs, she just wants love and attention. I have looked into shelters and rescue places, but a lot seem like they are full. I am definitely in a little pickle. Please share your thoughts!
Finding a forever home for a rescued dog can be challenging, particularly when shelters are full. If you’re in Apex, NC, consider reaching out to local dog rescue organizations or posting on social media groups dedicated to pet adoption. Websites like Petfinder and Adopt-a-Pet can help connect rescue dogs with potential adopters. Additionally, community bulletin boards, both online and offline, can help to spread the word about Nala and ensure she finds the loving home she deserves. Engaging with community events, such as pet fairs or local adoption events, is also an excellent way to network and find interested adopters. Consider offering to foster Nala while you search for a permanent home, which can provide her with a stable and loving environment during this transition. Remember, the act of sharing her story is a powerful tool in helping her find the right family!
