BIG NO. LA Production Wedding Photography disappointed us and our family. 💔
Many of the photos don’t reflect what was advertised, and the way our concerns were handled felt unprofessional and dismissive. At this point, there has been no real resolution.
I did try to address this privately first. I shared examples, asked for clarity, gave space for a solution, and even suggested possible ways to fix the issues. The owner’s response was to outright refuse any kind of solution and instead offer excuses for work that simply did not meet expectations.
I’m sharing this review from my business account because my business was part of our wedding. We had business associates there, and we also created photos and videos intended for business-related content. This account also has the largest reach in the LA area. Despite the owner not wanting me to use this account, I’m choosing to do so because it’s the most honest and effective way to share my experience.
At this point, all we’re asking for is the raw photo files, even if we have to pay for them, so we can send them to someone more qualified to properly edit and salvage these once-in-a-lifetime photos.

To clarify further, videos came out great with balanced camera settings that directly show us a side by side of how the event looked vs how it was shot on camera. We received decent ceremony photos but pretty much everything else was bad.

Being willing to pay for raw files shows a commitment to salvaging valuable memories. Additionally, sharing honest reviews—preferably on platforms with wide reach—can help others make informed decisions and encourage vendors to improve customer service. For couples planning their weddings, it’s wise to set clear contract terms about photo delivery quality and revisions, as well as having backup plans for photography services when possible. Remember, the key is to be proactive and thorough during the selection and communication process to avoid disappointments.
