A little about me…

I enjoy dark humor and my personality is one everyone gravitates too
• I love shopping, even when I’m on a budget
• ima figure everything out by myself lmao, regarding makeup, beauty, hair allat I do my own hair, braids, makeup, lashes etc.
• lastly I love outside ever since the world was forced to be in the house it’s like let’s go outside sit in garage, the park, go eat let’s do something b/c YOLO
You know, there's just something incredibly empowering about being able to 'figure it out yourself.' For me, it started out of a mix of curiosity and, honestly, a bit of a budget-conscious mindset. Why pay someone else when I can learn to do it just as well, or even better, with a bit of practice? My journey as a true DIY girly really kicked off with my hair. Braids, especially! It wasn't always perfect, trust me. There were definitely some lopsided attempts and sore fingers at the beginning. But thanks to countless YouTube tutorials and a lot of patience (and maybe a few late nights), I slowly but surely got the hang of it. My tip for anyone wanting to try their hand at DIY hair: start simple! Watch different people, pause frequently, and invest in good mirrors. It's amazing what you can achieve when you dedicate yourself to learning a new skill. And the best part? The compliments you get when people realize you did it yourself are just priceless! It’s not just hair, though. Makeup and lashes? Same story. I used to feel intimidated, seeing all those perfect looks online. But I realized that makeup is just another form of art, and it's all about practice. Experiment with different products, don't be afraid to make mistakes (hello, makeup wipes!), and find what works for your face and style. Being able to create my own looks, tailored exactly to how I feel that day, is so liberating. It’s a huge confidence booster, and it saves a ton of money too – which, as an addicted-to-shopping girl on a budget, is a win-win! This 'figure it out yourself' mentality has spilled over into other areas of my life too. From finding creative ways to spruce up my space without breaking the bank to planning spontaneous outdoor adventures (because YOLO, right?), it’s all about resourcefulness. If you're feeling stuck, don't immediately look for someone else to solve it. Take a moment, do some research, break the problem down, and trust your own abilities. You'd be surprised at how much you're capable of. Plus, the satisfaction of overcoming a challenge by your own effort is unmatched. It's not always easy, and sometimes I feel a bit goofy or clumsy trying new things, but that's part of the fun! Embracing that process is what makes life an exciting adventure.

Hey boo you’re cute and think we would get along
