Quick and healthy breakfast

... Read morePreparing a quick and healthy breakfast can truly set the tone for the entire day. I’ve found that doing some prep work the night before or in advance, like cutting fruits or removing cores, saves so much time in the morning. For example, keeping pre-sliced fruits in clear containers in the fridge makes assembling a fruit yogurt bowl incredibly fast and inviting. Eggs and toast remain a classic for a reason: protein from the eggs and whole grain carbohydrates from the toast provide lasting energy and balance. Personally, I like to scramble or poach my eggs for a softer texture, and pair them with lightly toasted whole wheat bread. Adding a layer of avocado or a sprinkle of seeds can boost the nutrients and flavors. Fruit yogurt bowls are versatile and customizable—using natural or Greek yogurt adds probiotics, while fresh or frozen berries contribute antioxidants and fiber. Sometimes I like to add a drizzle of honey and a handful of granola or nuts for crunch. Eating well doesn’t have to be complicated or time-consuming. By organizing simple ingredients in advance, you can enjoy delicious breakfasts that nourish your body and support your busy lifestyle. It’s a small daily habit that makes a notable difference in well-being and energy levels throughout the day.
