Talk you guys later ✌🏽GET OUTSIDE OR AWAY FROM YOUR PHONES #FYP
In today's digital age, it's easy to get caught up in the constant notifications and distractions that come with our phones. Taking intentional breaks from screens and heading outside can have remarkable positive effects on both your mental and physical health. From my experience, spending even just 30 minutes outdoors can reduce stress levels, boost mood, and increase creativity. Going outside encourages physical activity which helps improve cardiovascular health and strengthens your immune system. Being in natural light also helps regulate your sleep patterns by setting your circadian rhythm right. Additionally, fresh air and green surroundings have been shown to improve concentration and reduce feelings of anxiety. When I make a habit of putting my phone away and exploring a nearby park or trail, I notice that I feel more refreshed and focused afterward. It’s a great way to disconnect from the online world and reconnect with yourself and your surroundings. So if you’re feeling overwhelmed or mentally drained, try setting aside some phone-free time outdoors—you might be surprised by the clarity and calm it brings.

If the public does not know, what grounding is, they need to look it up and do what you’re talking about. Go outside and get grounded.
