It means understanding that your worth isn't tied to another's approval and that your happiness is a priority. Practicing mindfulness, seeking support from friends or therapy, and setting firm boundaries are critical steps in this journey. Remember: you are the closure you seek, and moving forward is a celebration of strength, not defeat.
