COURAGE ISN'T HAVING THE STRENGTH TO GO ON.IT'S GO
I've often reflected on the phrase, 'Courage isn't having the strength to go on. It's going on when you don't have the strength.' In my own life, the moments that truly tested my spirit weren't the times when I felt confident and strong, but the times when I was exhausted, fearful, or uncertain. For example, during challenging periods like intense work pressure or personal loss, I realized that the key was not to wait until I felt brave, but to keep moving forward regardless. This mindset shift helped me embrace vulnerability and accept that feeling weak at times is natural. Instead of interpreting weakness as failure, I learned to view it as part of the journey of courage. Whether it was continuing with a difficult project or supporting loved ones in tough times, courage meant persistence even when exhaustion threatened to halt me. From this personal experience, I've found practical ways to build resilience, such as breaking tasks into smaller steps, seeking support from friends, and practicing self-compassion. These strategies allowed me to keep going without requiring superhuman strength. Remember that true courage is not the absence of fear or fatigue, but the willingness to act in spite of them. This perspective can empower anyone facing adversity to keep moving forward, even when strength falters. Embracing this definition of courage enriches not only our challenges but also the victories that follow.
