Build Emotional Resilience: Knowing to Develop "Self-Compassion" and Finding Time for Yourself to Do Soothing Things, such as Exercise, Rest Enough, and Have Useful Foods
Talk to an Expert: If you feel the condition has grown so heavy that it affects daily living, consulting a psychiatrist or psychologist will help you understand the root causes of the problem, and find the right way to cope.
