After seeing Nantucket pop up all over my TikTok feed, I just had to see what the hype was about! And let me tell you, it did not disappoint. Don't forget to look up at the widow's walks on the rooftops – they're a unique architectural feature! Beach Bliss: Nantucket boasts some incredible beaches. I spent an afternoon at Jetties Beach, which was perfect for relaxing and watching the boats. Madaket Beach is famous for its stunning sunsets, and Surfside is great for, well, surfing! Each beach has its own vibe, so you can find one that suits your mood. Lighthouse Views: A visit to Siasconset (Sconset for short!) and its famous 'Sconset Bluff Walk is essential. You can rent bikes, take the bus (the 'NRTA' is super convenient), or even rent a small car if you plan on exploring further afield. I personally loved biking, as it allowed me to discover so many hidden corners and enjoy the fresh sea air. Overall, Nantucket lived up to all the TikTok hype and more. It’s a place that combines historic charm with natural beauty and a relaxed atmosphere.
