🤔My review: this was a really complex idea for me to grasp at some parts, but I really enjoyed this book! It was slow to pick up, but once it started the plot twists and character reveals made everything super investing. Whodunnit vibes but with an unreliable narrator.

🤔My review: Is death really something to be feared? With a new normal of acid rains, death is a consistent theme. I really liked how this the story was told through multiple POVs, so you got both the paranormal and human POV of the start of the disasters and how everyone copes through it all.

🤔My review: this book is so much better than the show, Joe is obviously a creep here and there is no way to hide it. You see a lot more of his shaky justifications for the acts he commits.

🤔My review: I’m still not entirely hooked on the little love triangle in this series, but this book definitely cemented Oro as a character of interest for me. Grim, how you make my heart ache with that arrow scene.
