This freedom empowers me to set boundaries, pursue my passions, and continuously grow. In daily life, balancing responsibilities with self-care is crucial. I find that when I honor my needs alongside those of my family, I nurture mutual respect and deeper connections. It's also vital to reflect on small wins—moments where I choose kindness, resilience, or honesty. These build up and reinforce my self-worth gradually.
