lazy girl trader joe’s meal✨
one of my all time favorite lazy girl meals ~ trader joe’s pork gyozas but let’s spice it up!
• i do the serving size (7 gyozas) 230 cals
• air fry at 375 for 10 mins (flip over at 5 mins) - i sprayed avo oil on them prior to adding to the air fryer so they crisp up on both sides
• microwave trader joe’s organic jasmine rice for 3 mins - i used about 1/2 cup, 90 cals - save the rest!
• spread rice in a bowl & add the bachan’s brand of sweet honey japanese barbecue sauce or their regular flavor (1/2-1 tbsp) serving size is 1 tbsp 40 cal
• place gyozas on top of rice, add a drizzle of the barbecue sauce to the gyozas, chili oil (your desired amount) & i add a sprinkle of brown sugar to offset the spiciness from the chili oil
@trybachans really makes this dish and always comes through with flavor every single time!
enjoy being lazy🫶🏼🥟
