low cal/low carb smashburger tacos!

smashburger tacos are ELITE!

Ingredients:

• La banderita zero net carbs tortillas

• 90% lean ground beef - 2oz per tortilla

• Kinders steak seasoning blend

• Onion powder

• Sargento ultra thin cheddar

• Shredded lettuce/chopped romaine

• A small blob of buffalo wild wings southwestern ranch

• Serving size of French's crispy fried onions

• Put down a piece of parchment paper, making sure it will fit all your tortillas (I made the whole pack for my family)

• Measure out 2oz of ground beef. Spread evenly on the tortilla, covering almost the full tortilla

• Season with Kinders steak blend & onion powder

• Heat up pan on medium heat with a little avo oil

• Place meat side down and cook for about 5 minutes on each side

• Add the cheese once you flip back over & melt for about a minute (its super thin so doesn't take long)

• Add shredded/chopped lettuce, crispy onions & small blob of southwestern ranch because we don't restrict ourselves!
