WHAT GOD PLANTED IN YOU CAN SURVIVE THE PRESSURE.

Some seasons don’t look like growth.

They look like delay.

They feel like silence.

They make you wonder whether anything is happening at all.

But a seed does some of its most important work where nobody can see it.

God may be strengthening your roots before He allows the world to see the fruit.

Don’t measure what God is doing by what is visible today.

“Those who sow with tears will reap with songs of joy.” — Psalm 126:5

Your tears were not wasted.

Your prayers were not wasted.

Your obedience was not wasted.

There is still a harvest attached to what you planted in faith.

... Read moreI have personally experienced times in my life that seemed stagnant and discouraging, where nothing appeared to be progressing despite my efforts and prayers. What comforted me during those seasons was the realization that spiritual growth isn't always visible. Like a seed planted beneath the soil, God's work often happens unseen — strengthening our roots and preparing us for future fruitfulness. This insight truly changed my perspective on hardship and waiting periods. Instead of feeling frustrated by what I perceived as delays or silence, I began to view them as crucial phases of growth orchestrated by God. The scripture in 1 Corinthians 3:11 reminded me that Jesus Christ is the foundation, and all lasting growth is built upon Him, even if the process isn't obvious. Furthermore, Psalm 126:5 encourages that sowing with tears will eventually lead to rejoicing. Knowing this gave me hope that my prayers and obedience were not in vain. The pressures we face do not destroy what God has planted within us; rather, they strengthen and mature it for a future harvest. If you find yourself in a season where progress seems stalled, remember that God’s timing and processes are perfect. Your faith, tears, and perseverance are cultivating something eternal on the inside. Embracing this truth has allowed me to stay resilient and hopeful, trusting that what God is building in me will last longer than any worldly applause.
