‼️ PSA The magnesium you have pictured will NOT help you sleep…AT ALL. That magnesium is “magnesium citrate” basically a drinkable laxative 💩…so unless you wanna poo yourself while you sleep, I HIGHLY recommend a different magnesium!!!!
