✨️❄️Send Me Love Salt Bowl | Imbolc Snow Moon

✨️❄️Send Me Love Salt Bowl | Imbolc Snow Moon Edition

This Imbolc + Snow Moon ritual is for calling in love that feels safe, warm, and real.

Not chaos. Not chasing. Not almost.

A salt bowl clears old emotional residue and makes space for devotion that meets you fully.

YOU’LL NEED

Small bowl, ceramic or glass

Coarse salt or sea salt

Pink or white candle

Herbs for love: rose petals, lavender, basil, cinnamon

Crystal: rose quartz or moonstone

Paper and pen

STEPS

Cleanse the bowl with warm water.

Pour in the salt slowly, saying:“I release old love that no longer lives here.”

Add a pinch of each herb, focusing on warmth, safety, and mutual devotion.

Place the stone on top of the salt.

Set the candle just behind or in the center of the bowl.

Write what you are releasing first. Patterns, heartbreak, confusion, waiting energy.

Turn the paper over and write what you are calling in.

Examples: steady love, emotional safety, reciprocity, long term partnership.

Fold the paper toward you and place it under the bowl.

Light the candle and say: “By Imbolc fire and Snow Moon glow, I soften my heart and let love flow. I call devotion that feels like home. Equal, honest, warm, and known.”

Visualize love arriving calmly, not urgently.

AFTERCARE

Leave the bowl out overnight. Moonlight is ideal but not required.

The next day, discard the salt outside or down the drain with gratitude.

Keep the stone near your bed or wear it for the next lunar cycle.

Extra Snow Moon touch

Add a drop of rose or vanilla oil to the salt if desired.

Breathe into your heart space three times before closing the ritual.

... Read moreCreating and performing a Send Me Love Salt Bowl ritual during Imbolc and the Snow Moon has personally deepened my connection to the intentions of calling in love that is genuine and grounded. Using sea salt to clear away residual negative energy truly feels symbolic of releasing past heartbreak and emotional confusion. I found that adding rose petals and lavender not only brought a calm and soothing aroma but also amplified feelings of warmth and emotional safety throughout the ritual. Incorporating rose quartz on top of the salt was powerful; carrying this crystal near my bed subtly enhanced my sense of being open to receiving mutual devotion. One tip I discovered is to be fully present when pouring the salt and sprinkling each herb, focusing intently on what emotional patterns you wish to let go and the kind of love you want to attract. Writing down these reflections before and after folding the paper further solidified my commitment to these intentions. Leaving the bowl out overnight under the Moon’s glow felt magically supportive, even on nights with no visible moonlight. Gratitude while discarding the salt helped reinforce a mindset of release and renewal. For those seeking an extra touch, adding rose or vanilla essential oil enhances the sensory experience and can deepen emotional resonance. Breathing deeply into your heart space at the close of the ritual centers your energy and invites calm openness. From experience, this ritual offers a meaningful way to consciously clear emotional clutter and create space for love that is equal, honest, warm, and known—qualities that are truly worth inviting into our lives.
