✨️🛑 You Are Not My Problem | Return to Sender

✨️🛑 You Are Not My Problem | Return to Sender Silencing Shield

If someone is speaking on your name with distortion, let their own words circle back to them.

Some of you need to stop cleansing and start enforcing.

Not everything requires forgiveness. Some things require a wall.

Your energy is sovereign. Your name is protected. Your space is sealed.

If it’s not aligned, it can exit.

Period.

YOU’LL NEED

• Black candle

• White candle

• Small mirror

• Aluminum foil or small compact mirror

• Bay leaf

• Black pepper

• Salt

• A bowl of water

• Piece of paper

• Pen

• Obsidian or black tourmaline crystal

STEPS

Build the Shield

Place the bowl of water in front of you. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper.

Stir clockwise with your finger and say:

“No weapon formed against me stabilizes.

No rumor roots in my field.

My name is sealed in truth.”

Dip your fingers and touch your forehead, heart, and back of neck.

That seals front and back field.

Place crystal near the bowl.

Stop the Gossip

On the bay leaf write:

“All false words collapse.”

Sprinkle black pepper over it.

Hold it over the bowl and say:

“Every distorted tongue tangles.

Every whisper folds inward.”

Burn the bay leaf safely and drop the ashes into the water.

Return to Sender

Place the small mirror face outward away from you.

On the paper write the behavior only. Not the person’s name. Example:

“Rumors. Malice. Projection.”

Fold the paper away from you three times.

Wrap it in foil shiny side out or place it under the mirror.

Light the black candle and say:

“What is not mine returns.

What is not true dissolves.

I carry only what belongs to me.”

Let the candle burn at least 20 minutes.

Snuff out if necessary.

The Boundary

Light the white candle.

Stand up.

Say clearly:

“You do not have access to me.

You do not have permission to speak on me.

You do not have authority in my life.”

Blow the white candle out firmly.

Not gently.

Firm.

That is the energetic door closing.

Disposal

Throw the water and ashes outside away from your door.

Throw the foil bundle in trash outside your home.

Keep the mirror. It becomes a ward.

Place obsidian near your front door or workspace.

... Read moreIn my experience, creating an energetic shield like the one described here has been a game changer in maintaining personal boundaries and protecting my peace of mind. When negativity or gossip surrounds you, it's easy to feel drained or vulnerable, but this ritual helps shift that energy back to the source and reinforces your sovereignty. The combination of elements—salt and black pepper to purify, the bay leaf to symbolically dissolve falsehoods, and the use of a mirror to literally reflect negativity away—is powerful because it engages multiple senses and intentions. I find that stirring the water clockwise while reciting affirmations sets a strong protective tone. Touching your forehead, heart, and neck after the affirmation physically anchors that protection to you. One tip I've learned is to be very mindful as you write down the behaviors (not names) on the paper; pinpointing the exact negative actions makes the ritual more focused. Wrapping the paper in foil shiny side out or placing it under the mirror sends those energies right back without allowing them to harm you. The black candle burning for at least 20 minutes creates a deep energetic cleansing, while the firm blowing out of the white candle symbolizes a clear boundary being established. I've found this final act very empowering, as it feels like closing a door firmly on unwanted intrusion. A crucial step is the disposal: casting the water and ashes away from your home and safely throwing out the foil bundle helps physically and energetically remove the negativity from your environment. Keeping the mirror as a ward and placing obsidian near entrances adds ongoing protection. By sharing this ritual, I hope more people can reclaim their energy and stop carrying burdens that are not theirs. Sometimes forgiveness isn't the solution—enforcement and the creation of energetic walls are necessary to protect your well-being and peace.
