私も「リップ塗ったあと、なんか唇に毛がついてる感覚がする…？」とか、「唇にポツポツが出る時がある」みたいな違和感、たまにありました。せっかく可愛い化粧品を買っても、使用感がモヤッとするとテンション下がりますよね。ここでは、私が気をつけている“原因の切り分け”と対処をまとめます（※強い痛み・腫れ・長引く場合は皮膚科へ）。 ■「唇に毛がついてる感覚」＝表面の引っかかりが原因のことも この感覚、実際に毛が付いているというより、乾燥で唇表面がザラついていたり、皮むけが微妙に浮いていたりして“何か乗ってる”みたいに感じることが多いです。私の場合は、リップの前にティッシュで軽く押さえて余分な油分や古い膜をオフ→薬用リップを薄く塗る、でかなりラクになりました。 ■リップ塗ったあとに「ポツポツ」が出るときに見直すこと ・塗り直しの重ねすぎ：膜が厚くなるとムレやすく、白っぽいポツポツ（角質がふやけた感じ）が出たことがありました。→塗り直し前に一度やさしく拭き取るのが私には合いました。 ・唇の汚れ残り：食後にそのまま塗ると、口紅や食べ物の油分が混ざって違和感が出やすい印象。→水で口元を軽くすすぐor濡らしたコットンで口角まで整える。 ・合わない成分の可能性：香料や清涼成分で刺激を感じる人も。→ピリピリ、赤み、かゆみが出たら一旦中止して様子見。 ■私の「夜ケア」と「日中の下地」使い分け 夜は、薬用タイプを“ちょい厚め”にして寝ると翌朝の縦ジワ感がマシに。日中は、下地として薄く塗ってから口紅を重ねると、ベタつきにくいのにしっとり感が続きました。無色透明のリップは、こういうマルチ使いができるのが便利です。 ■可愛い化粧品を気持ちよく使うための小ワザ ・リップは直塗りより、最初のひと塗りだけ“唇の中心→外側”に伸ばすとムラが出にくい ・キャップや本体は意外と汚れやすいので、週1で軽く拭く（ニオイや雑菌っぽさの予防） ・ビフォーアフターを撮っておくと、乾燥ジワやくすみの変化に気づきやすい 唇の違和感って小さい悩みだけど、毎日だと地味にストレス。私は“薬用”で荒れ・乾燥予防しつつ、塗り方とオフのひと手間を足すことで、ポツポツやザラつきが出にくくなりました。自分の唇が「砂漠→オアシス」みたいに整うと、ほんとに気分が上がります。
