「ビオレの黒クレンジングって実際どう？」「黒いボトルのメイク落とし、毛穴にいいの？」って気になってる人向けに、私が使うときに意識してるコツも追記します。 まずこのブラックの良さは、“こすらなくていい”を本気でやりやすいところ。私は毛穴が気になる小鼻や頬って、つい指に力が入って摩擦が増えがちなんだけど、このオイルは顔にのせた瞬間からなじみが早くて、メイクがふわっと浮く感じが分かりやすいです。キャッチにある「毛穴、つるん。角栓ほどける」みたいな体感を狙うなら、最初からゴシゴシせず、手のひらで“押し当てる”のがポイント。 使い方はシンプルで、私は①乾いた顔にまず全体へ広げる→②小鼻は指先で軽く押し当てて数秒キープ→③少量のぬるま湯でなじませてから流す、の流れにしてます。ここでいきなり大量の水をかけるより、少しずつ乳化させたほうがヌルつきが残りにくい印象でした。 「濡れた手でも使えるクレンジング」ってお風呂でほんと助かる反面、手がびしょ濡れだと体感が薄くなることもあるので、私はシャワー前の“水気少なめ”の状態で使うことが多いです。目元の落ちにくいマスカラやアイラインは、先にそこだけオイルを足して数秒置くと、くるくるしなくても落ちやすくなりました。 あと、毛穴クレンジング目的の日でも「長時間放置」はしない派。つけるだけで十分浮くので、30秒〜1分くらいでサッと流して、洗顔後は保湿をしっかり。乾燥すると毛穴が目立ちやすいので、化粧水→乳液（またはクリーム）までセットにすると仕上がりが安定しました。 “黒いボトルのクレンジングオイル”を探していて、摩擦レスで時短、毛穴汚れにもアプローチしたい人は、使い方込みでぜひ試してみてほしいです。
