Keto Style Chicken Pizza Crust.
The crust is 1lb of ground chicken, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup parm cheese. You can add whatever seasonings you want. I added some garlic/ italian + salt & pepper blend. Spread this out on a baking sheet & bake in the oven at 400° for about 25 minutes. Cook time can vary. Remove it, top with mozzarella cheese and place it back in the oven until the cheese has melted.
I love adding salad to my pizzas. I just use the chopped kits. This one is the buffalo ranch. I topped the pizza with extra buffalo and ranch dressing & our chopped salad.
SO GOOD. You can also use rotisserie chicken for this as well as canned chicken.
If you're following a ketogenic or low-carb diet but crave pizza, using ground chicken as the crust base is a fantastic alternative that packs both protein and flavor. The blend of garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper adds depth to this easy-to-make crust. Baking at 400°F ensures the chicken cooks through and forms a firm, crisp base ready to hold your favorite toppings. Enhancing your pizza with a buffalo ranch chopped salad topping not only adds a fresh crunch but also brings in exciting flavors that complement the spicy buffalo sauce and creamy ranch dressing. Using pre-packaged chopped salad kits can save time while ensuring you get a balanced mix of greens and veggies. For variation, rotisserie or canned chicken can replace ground chicken if you prefer a quicker prep time or want to infuse different textures. Be cautious with seasonings and salt levels when substituting, as these alternatives may carry different flavors or moisture content. This chicken crust pizza is perfect for those looking to increase protein intake while minimizing carbohydrates. It’s also a versatile canvas for experimenting with different seasonings, cheeses, and toppings to suit your taste. Try adding fresh herbs like basil or oregano for extra aroma or sprinkle some red pepper flakes for a spicy kick. Overall, this keto-friendly chicken crust pizza offers a delicious and nutritious way to enjoy pizza nights without compromising your dietary goals. With simple ingredients and easy prep, it’s suitable for busy weeknights or meal prepping ahead.
