Toma acción ❤️🔥
Nada es tan complicado como lo hacemos en nuestra cabeza.
Esperamos estar listos, seguros, preparados.
Y la verdad es esta:
el cambio comienza el día que decides avanzar
aunque el miedo siga ahí. ❤️🔥
From my own experience, the hardest part about making a change is often just starting. We tend to wait for the perfect moment, for everything to feel just right, but that moment rarely comes exactly as we imagine. What I've learned is that action itself creates momentum. When you push through fear and hesitation, even in small ways, you open the door to growth and new opportunities. It's normal to feel uncomfortable and uncertain at first. Change rarely feels easy or safe. But embracing discomfort can be a powerful signal that you are on the path to learning and becoming better. Mistakes and setbacks are inevitable, and they aren’t failures—they're part of the process of getting better and stronger. I often tell myself, "If I want to grow, I need to step out of my comfort zone." This mindset helps to shift fear from a stopping point into a driving force. Taking action means moving forward even when scared, because waiting for the fear to disappear only delays progress. Remember the phrases from Sofi Pasos: "Si quieres crecer, incomódate" (If you want to grow, make yourself uncomfortable) and "Si quieres resultados, actúa" (If you want results, act). These affirm the idea that meaningful change demands courage and persistence. Ultimately, the decision to act despite fear is what sparks transformation. The mental barrier created by overthinking can be broken by simply deciding to take that first step today.
