@yopudetupuedespodcast No dejes que te gane la mente. 1, 2, 3… HAZLO.
Antes de que aparezca la excusa.
Antes de que empiece el diálogo interno.
Antes de que el miedo te convenza de esperar.
No necesitas sentirte lista.
Necesitas moverte.
La acción apaga la duda.
El movimiento rompe el miedo.
1, 2, 3… y hazlo. 💥
One of the hardest things about tackling personal goals or new challenges is overcoming the mental barriers we set for ourselves. The internal dialogue that makes us question if we're ready often turns into a roadblock. From my own experience, the most effective way to break this cycle is to embrace the rule of "1, 2, 3… do it." This simple mantra helped me shift from procrastination into action without overthinking. When I started practicing this, I realized that excuses and fear lose their power the moment you start moving. The internal voice that says "you’re not ready" or "wait a little longer" becomes background noise when you focus on the physical act of starting. Even if the first steps feel awkward or imperfect, action generates momentum and confidence. I've found that waiting for the perfect moment or to feel 100% ready often means never starting at all. Instead, committing to a small, immediate action—whether it’s writing one sentence, making one call, or simply standing up—creates a domino effect. The phrase "the action turns off doubt" perfectly captures this experience. Also, it's important to recognize that fear is natural but can be broken through movement. Rather than letting fear convince you to wait or freeze, moving forward physically or mentally shatters that inertia. This approach is empowering because it puts you in control of your progress rather than your hesitation. Incorporating this mindset into daily life—whether for personal growth, creative projects, or overcoming anxiety—has made a significant difference. Try adopting your own "1, 2, 3… do it" rule and notice how the resistance fades step by step. Remember, you don’t need to feel ready; you just need to act.
