Tu niña vive en ti ❤️‍🔥

Dentro de ti sigue existiendo esa niña pequeña que nunca mereció sentirse insuficiente. ✨ Y muchas veces, las palabras más crueles que escucha… vienen de tu propia mente.

Often, this inner child hears harsh words, not only from others but surprisingly, from our own self-critical thoughts. Phrases like "Wow, qué fea soy...", "Siempre hago todo mal...", or "Soy un desastre. No merezco nada bueno..." may echo within us, damaging our self-esteem. I’ve found that the key to healing is learning to speak to ourselves the way we would speak to a dear child — with love, patience, and compassion. This means recognizing when your mind spirals into negativity and gently redirecting it to affirmations and supportive self-talk. One practice that truly helped me was journaling: writing down those negative thoughts and then rewriting them with kindness. For instance, transforming "¿Por qué me hablás así?" into "I deserve kindness from myself and others." This practice fosters self-awareness and gradually changes the internal narrative. It’s essential to remember that the inner child doesn’t want perfection but acceptance. Nurturing her means giving yourself permission to make mistakes and learn without harsh judgment. By embracing this approach, you can break free from the cycle of self-doubt and build a healthier, kinder relationship with yourself that impacts all aspects of life. Remember, your inner child lives within you — treat her with the love and respect she deserves.
