No eliges tu pasado.

Initially, I used to feel powerless, often asking myself why bad things were happening to me. But shifting my mindset to focus on what I can do with those circumstances helped me regain a sense of control and freedom. It taught me that while we cannot choose our past, the economy, or others’ actions, we hold the power in choosing our attitude and decisions. This shift also helped build my self-esteem. I found that when I ceased blaming external factors and took responsibility for my reactions, clarity in life and decision-making naturally followed. It's empowering to realize that freedom isn't about controlling everything around us but mastering our responses—turning circumstances into opportunities for growth. For anyone feeling overwhelmed by factors out of their control, I suggest practicing daily reflection on your thoughts and reactions. This habit encourages active engagement with your feelings instead of passive victimhood. Over time, it becomes easier to maintain composure and make choices aligned with your well-being and goals. Remember, reclaiming your power starts with asking, 'What can I do with this?' rather than 'Why is this happening to me?'.
