El conocimiento sin acción no cambia nada.
Deja de esperar sentirte lista. Empieza, aunque no tengas ganas. Tu vida cambia cuando haces lo que sabes que tienes que hacer.
I used to struggle with waiting for the "right moment" before tackling my goals. The idea of feeling fully ready kept me stuck for too long. But one day, a simple realization hit me: knowledge alone doesn't create change; taking action does. This mindset shift was powerful. I began to embrace doing things even when I didn't feel fully motivated or prepared. This didn’t mean reckless leaps but rather small, consistent steps toward what I wanted to achieve. For example, instead of postponing exercise until I felt fully energized, I committed to just 10 minutes daily. This created momentum that naturally grew over time. From personal experience, the biggest hurdle was my own hesitation and excuses. I found that writing down my reasons for delay and then intentionally countering each with an action plan helped me break the cycle. For instance, if I told myself I was too tired to work on a project, I reminded myself that even 5 minutes of focused effort was a step forward. The phrase "Así dejé de poner excusas..." resonates deeply because ending excuses starts with recognizing where they hold us back. By starting despite imperfect readiness, we open the door to growth and transformation. If you’re stuck waiting to feel "ready," try shifting your focus from waiting to doing—moment by moment, action by action. Over time, this practice builds confidence and changes your life in profound ways. Remember, taking imperfect action beats perfect inaction every time.
