Service dog cuddles at work 🥰

I got much needed therapy from Denali, a therapy dog who visited us at work 🥹 She was so sweet and loving, so soft, so cuddly!

Early 2024, I dealt with major depression and anxiety after my grandmother’s passing, and although I was skeptical I finally decided to try therapy and seek help to better my mental health and let me tell you it’s the best choice I have ever made! Now, early 2025, I feel at peace and thankful to have the privilege of having someone help me through the process of grief and healing 💖

I can confidently say although I did not do much talking, Denali definitely made me feel at peace and healed me a bit, more than I realized I needed that day! Thank you Denali 🩶🐾
