INGREDIENTS: 2 Slices Whole Wheat Seeded Bread 1 Large Carrot 1 Mini Cucumber 1 Handful of Spinach Olive Oil Liquid Smoke (optional) Mayo Salt / Pepper / Garlic Powder METHOD: •peel carrot over and over in the same spot to create “bacon” strips (go until you cant peel any longer!)
