Gonna start gym (hopefully)
I’ve always struggled to stay dedicated, especially with the gym. Before August 2022, I was super consistent & body was tea. But I got my tonsils removed in August and have struggled to stay consistent since.
I’m going to use Lemon8 to help me stay consistent. I’m going to try & post once a week of my workouts & what I’ve been doing. I would love to eventually post daily to keep me in check but I want to be realistic lol
My goal is to lose some weight & grow in strength.
My other biggest challenge is eating right. So I’m going to also try and post recipes im trying.
