Increase your breast milk production!

breastfeeding is a rough journey, it’s exhausting, emotional and just overall ROUGH at times. If you’re finding yourself not producing enough follow these and I believe you’ll see a huge difference.

• oatmeal EVERY morning ( I hated it before but the maple brown sugar oatmeal & coffee combo hits everyday 😮‍💨)

• body armor 28oz everyday ( I drink the lyte to avoid excess sugar )

• 100+ oz of water a day ( this sounds awful i know but it really helps ) coconut water too helps! (if you can i hate it lol)

• a lot of protein!! this is huge ( i LOVE core power protein drinks they taste amazing coming from a picky af person they have ones with 26g and 42g of protein & they both taste amazing )

• pump in a calm environment with a hospital grade pump for 15 minutes every 2-3 hours (3 max)

• massage your b👀bs before & during (heat helps too)

• keep taking prenatal

• if you’re using a hands free wearable pump (ex. mom cozy) make sure you’re sitting and massaging for it to be effective. moving around and doing stuff makes less come out TRUST.
