✨ Unwind, Connect, Glow: My Soft Evening Routine ✨

✨Soft Life Evening Routine: 5 PM – 7 PM ✨

Creating a peaceful evening routine has been my secret to feeling more grounded and recharged postpartum. Here’s what my evenings look like:

💆‍♀️ Wind Down & Reflect (5:00 PM – 5:30 PM):

• Take 10 minutes to meditate or practice deep breathing.

• Reflect on today’s wins and challenges to reset my mindset.

🍽️ Family Time & Dinner (5:30 PM – 6:30 PM):

• We enjoy dinner together with no distractions (phones off!).

• Share a highlight and low point of the day to connect as a family.

🛁 Free Time (3 Days a Week, 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM):

• Relax with a luxurious bath, focus on my skincare, or curl up with a good book.
