Does anyone else feel a bit burnt out?

I’ve been feeling burnt out for the past couple of weeks. I haven’t created new crochet projects or feel the need to do anything. I have a full time job which I’m thinking is causing my burn out. Any art and crafts girlies/boys have any advice how to improve or have better time management to create stuff? 🥲 🧶 🎨

It's essential to recognize signs of fatigue and take proactive steps to rejuvenate your enthusiasm. Start by setting realistic goals; rather than overwhelming yourself with multiple projects, focus on one small, rewarding task at a time. Engage with supportive communities online such as crochet groups or forums where you can share experiences and seek inspiration from others facing similar struggles. This connection can alleviate feelings of isolation and provide motivation. Scheduling specific times for your crafts can also enhance time management; treat these sessions like appointments that you wouldn't miss. Experimenting with new techniques or materials can renew your interest in your craft. Sometimes stepping outside your usual routines and trying something different can spark creativity and reignite your passion. Lastly, don’t hesitate to take necessary breaks. Allowing yourself downtime is crucial for mental health and can lead to a more enjoyable creative process when you return to your projects.
