This is my go-to shower routine! Although the products rotate, the general essence is always the same. Body wash —> body scrub —> shave —> body oil ✨

I’ve found that starting with a gentle body wash helps to cleanse without stripping moisture. It’s important to choose a body wash that suits your skin type—whether it’s hydrating for dry skin or refreshing for oily skin. Next, incorporating a body scrub a few times a week removes dead skin cells, leaving your skin feeling smooth and glowing. Using a scrub with natural exfoliators like sugar or coffee grounds adds gentle abrasion, improving circulation and skin texture. Shaving as part of the routine can sometimes irritate the skin if done too aggressively. I prefer to shave during my shower when the skin and hair are softened by warm water. Finally, sealing in moisture with a body oil right after the shower locks in hydration and leaves the skin silky soft.
