My new iOS 26 iPhone aesthetic

I love my new iPhone aesthetic. I figured since it’s a new year, my phone needed a refresh. I’ve had dark mode and dark aesthetics for so long that I decided to do a light aesthetic this time. It also reminds me of my dream of moving to NYC. I’m absolutely obsessed with this.

Switching from a dark mode to a light aesthetic on my iPhone was a refreshing change that made me appreciate my device in a whole new way. After years of using dark themes and moody tones, embracing the lighter colors not only brightened up my screen but also uplifted my daily phone interactions. I customized widgets, chose light-themed app icons, and added motivational quotes right on my home screen. One of my favorite additions was the Widgetsmith calendar and inspirational quotes which remind me of my goals, like moving to NYC, every time I unlock my phone. This new aesthetic also helped me declutter and reorganize my apps based on frequency and purpose, making the phone more functional and visually appealing. I incorporated apps like Pinterest and TikTok into my layout as sources of creativity and entertainment while keeping essentials like Health and Finance accessible. If you're considering a phone aesthetic refresh, try mixing practical widgets with personal touches, such as quotes or photos that inspire your current aspirations. It’s amazing how much a simple change in your phone’s look can influence your mood and productivity throughout the day.
