Babbyyyyyy!! This salmon sushi bowl has been my staple ALL last week. It’s giving everything I need. 10/10. You NEED to try this!!!

Here’s what you need:

1 salmon fillet (cut into nuggets-you can keep skin on or remove!)

rice

cucumber

nori strips

everything but the bagel seasoning

sesame seeds

(if you wanna spice it up, you can add shredded carrots, edamame, pickled onions, green onions, jalapeños, whatever you want!)

for the salmon seasoning:

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsppaprika

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp chili powder

for the bang bang sauce:

1/3 cup mayo (I used olive oil Mayo)

2 tsp sriracha

2 pinches of coconut sugar

Mix salmon nuggets with seasonings to completely coat. Place in the air fryer at 390 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Assemble bowl with salmon, rice, cucumber, any other topping and sides, and drizzle the bang bang sauce on top. enjoy!!
