February Goals | Healthy Girl Habits

How to Make New Habits Stick 👇🏾

Why do about 80% of New Year’s resolutions fail before the end of January?

One of the most common reasons people don’t stick to their resolutions are from setting goals that are too vague or unrealistic.

But not you girl 🙂‍↔️ We’re serious about committing to our health goals this year and beyond.

2. have an accountability or check-in partner 👯

3. be real with yourself while challenging old habits 🤔
