PRANA 7 day yoga challenge 🧘‍♀️🤎🌀

After two weeks off practicing yoga (travel, holidays, & getting sick), I am getting back into it by doing Yoga with Adriene’s PRANA 7-day yoga challenge!

I have been practicing yoga for about 5 years now, and it has changed my life in so many ways. Physically, mentally, spiritually… it enriches every aspect of my being. I am a better person because of it!
